As one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of premium-grade hemp-derived CBD products in the US, we recieve many questions from all of our clients world wide.  Below is a list of our frequently asked questions.

CBD is short for cannabidiol, it’s a non-psychoactive cannabinoid meaning it doesn’t get you high and have the psychoactive effects that THC (marijuana) has. Hemp-derived CBD is the primary therapeutic agent in the cannabis plant and it’s been backed by science and suggested to support a variety of different symptoms and conditions — including epilepsyanxietypaininflammation, and poor immune function.

Unlike THC, CBD does not produce psychoactive effects and does not get you high because it acts on a separate set of cannabinoid receptors than THC.

Science suggests that CBD oil works by interacting with receptors in your brain and immune system. Receptors are tiny proteins attached to your cells that receive chemical signals from different stimuli and help your cells respond. This creates both anti-inflammatory and painkilling effects, which also benefit pain management. This means that CBD oil may help reduce chronic pain caused by numerous health issues.

You may return damaged, unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. If there is a problem with any products you receive, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
 
We do not offer refunds on any of our Wholesale, White Label or Private Label products once a labels been placed on the products due to the items being consumables and unable to resell. All product returns must include an invoice with a written statement detailing the reasons for the return.
 
If we have agreed to refund or credit for your return product, we will reimburse the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item).
 
*Please note that we DO NOT offer a money-back guarantee as CBD effects each person differently and we are unable to accept back any products that have been opened or used.
 
Return Process:
 
  1. Please email [email protected] within 48 hours to inform us that you will be returning your unopened items within our 7-day return policy. We will provide you with a shipping return address.
  2. Once you have returned your product please include a tracking number to [email protected] to ensure that we will receive your returned products to our facility.
  3. Once we receive your returned products and confirm it’s unopened and unused condition, we will issue you a refund less a 20% restocking fee, and email you a confirmation. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to post to your account.
